Sihil Pantopet D-20 and Pantopet D-40 are advanced veterinary gastrointestinal formulations from Sihil Animal Health, developed to manage acid-related digestive disorders in dogs and cats. These tablets are designed to effectively reduce gastric acid secretion, protect the stomach lining, and support healthy gastrointestinal function.

Pantopet D-20 combines Pantoprazole (20 mg), a proton pump inhibitor, with Domperidone (10 mg), a prokinetic and anti-emetic agent. Pantopet D-40 contains Pantoprazole (40 mg) for cases requiring stronger acid suppression. Together, these formulations help relieve symptoms such as acid reflux, vomiting, gastritis, and ulcer-related discomfort while improving gastric motility.

Pantoprazole works by blocking the final step of acid production in the stomach, allowing ulcers and inflamed tissues to heal. Domperidone enhances gastrointestinal movement and helps control nausea and vomiting, making Pantopet D-20 especially beneficial in pets with reflux and motility disorders.

Both variants are enteric-coated (gastro-resistant) to protect the active ingredients from stomach acid and ensure optimal absorption in the intestine.
