Founder Story
Paws & Tails™️ established its offline clinic & store on 7th March 2021, in loving memory of the founder Mr. Himel Kumar Sarkar's beloved pet, "Lt Mr. Rocky", who sadly passed away on 1st March, 2021 due to lack of proper treatment. In honour of Rocky's memory, we host a free immunization camp for stray dogs and cats every year on 1st March.
Inspired by his devoted companion, Buchku, whose enduring influence continues to guide his journey and passion for animal welfare, our founder, Mr. Himel Kumar Sarkar, launched the online e-commerce platform www.pawsandtails24.com . Alongside our physical pet clinic and retail store, this platform enables us to extend our commitment to compassion, care, and high-quality services directly to the homes of pet lovers across the nation.
Buchku continues to remind us that while there are numerous facilities available for treating snake bites in humans, similar life-saving support for pets, especially dogs— remains limited.
Inspired by this awareness, and as a heartfelt commitment shaped by Buchku's enduring presence, we are proud to announce that beginning November 1st, 2025, we will offer free antivenom treatment for pets affected by snake bites at our clinic, as an ongoing service dedicated to protecting and saving animal lives.
This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting underprivileged pet owners and ensuring that every animal receives the care and compassion they deserve.
