- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your shipping address, and the shipping method selected. All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided by our shipping partner.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available.
- We may not be able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses with certain carriers.
- Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.
Delivery Issues
- Undeliverable Orders: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Return Cost Policy
The return cost will be zero (₹0) if you receive a product that is damaged, seal broken, or incorrect. To be eligible, please record a clear unboxing video as proof.
