Oriheal Palapan D is a veterinary combination tablet containing Pantoprazole (proton pump inhibitor — PPI) and Domperidone (dopamine D2 antagonist prokinetic), manufactured by Oriheal Lifesciences. Available in three strength combinations, Palapan D is indicated for the management of acid reflux, gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastric hypersecretion, gastric ulcers, and vomiting associated with impaired gastric motility in dogs and cats.

• Palapan D 10: Pantoprazole 10mg + Domperidone 2.5mg per tablet
• Palapan D 20: Pantoprazole 20mg + Domperidone 5mg per tablet
• Palapan D 40: Pantoprazole 40mg + Domperidone 10mg per tablet

Mechanism of Action

• Pantoprazole (PPI): Irreversibly inhibits the gastric H+/K+ ATPase (proton pump) — reduces gastric acid secretion; treats acid reflux, GERD, gastric ulcers, and gastric hypersecretion
