Oriheal Pawsofen Meloxicam NSAID Tablet for Dogs & Cats (50mg | 100mg)

Oriheal Pawsofen is a prescription veterinary non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) tablet for dogs and cats, containing Meloxicam — a selective COX-2 inhibitor with potent analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic activity. Meloxicam is one of the most widely prescribed veterinary NSAIDs globally, with an established safety and efficacy profile for both acute and chronic pain management in dogs and cats. Active Ingredient

Dosage & Administration

Contraindications

• Do not use in animals with active or suspected gastrointestinal ulceration, erosion, or GI bleeding — NSAID-induced inhibition of COX-1 reduces prostaglandin-mediated GI mucosal protection, worsening existing GI pathology
• Do not use in animals with pre-existing renal impairment — Meloxicam reduces renal prostaglandin synthesis, which supports renal perfusion in states of reduced cardiac output or dehydration; animals with renal disease, dehydration, or haemodynamic compromise are at high risk of NSAID-induced acute renal failure
