Intas Romy is a veterinary-use Romiplostim injection — a recombinant DNA (r-DNA) thrombopoietin receptor agonist that stimulates platelet production in the bone marrow. Used in dogs for the management of immune-mediated thrombocytopenia (IMT), tick fever-related thrombocytopenia, and chemotherapy-induced low platelet counts.

Available in three strengths: 125mcg, 250mcg, and 500mcg for weight-based veterinary dosing.
