Canine Parvo & Corona Antigen Combo Rapid Test Kit

Intended Use:

The CPV Ag + CCV Ag Combo Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the differential diagnosis of canine Parvovirus antigen (CPV Ag) and canine Coronavirus antigen (CCV Ag) in a dog's feces or vomit specimen. Fast, accurate detection for timely diagnosis and effective treatment. When the treated sample is applied, liquid flows through the test strip and reacts with pre-coated monoclonal antibodies. A visible 'T' line indicates the presence of CPV or CCV antigen in the specimen.

Test Procedure:

1. Collect fresh feces or vomit using the cotton swab from the dog's anus or from the ground.

2. Insert the swab into the provided assay buffer tube and agitate for efficient sample extraction.

3. Take out the test device from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.

4. Suck the treated sample from the buffer tube and place 3 drops into each sample hole "S" on the test device.

5. Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Results after 10 minutes are considered invalid.

Result Interpretation:

POSITIVE (+): Both "C" and "T" lines present, regardless of "T" line intensity.

NEGATIVE (-): Only the "C" line appears. No "T" line.

INVALID: No colored line in the "C" zone.

Precautions:

1. For Veterinary In-Vitro Diagnostics use only. Cross-use by humans is strictly prohibited.

2. Use within the validity period / before the expiration date.

3. All reagents must be at room temperature before running the assay.

4. Do not remove the test cassette from its pouch until immediately before use.

5. Do not mix components from different lot numbers.

6. This product cannot be used as the basis for a final diagnosis — combine with other diagnostic methods for comprehensive judgement.

7. Each test card corresponds to one sample diluent. Do not reuse.

8. All specimens carry potential infection risk. Handle and dispose as per local regulations.

Limitation:

CPV Ag + CCV Ag Combo Rapid Test is for In Vitro Veterinary Diagnosis use only. All results should be considered alongside other clinical information. A confirmative method such as RT-PCR is recommended when a positive result is observed.
