Pimotone Plus-5 combines the inotropic and vasodilatory action of Pimobendan (a calcium sensitiser and PDE-3 inhibitor) with the ACE-inhibiting action of Benazepril, providing dual-mechanism cardiac support for the management of congestive heart failure (CHF), dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), and systemic hypertension in dogs and cats.
