About This Vaccine

Nobivac KC is a live freeze-dried combination vaccine manufactured by MSD Animal Health. Administered intranasally, it provides rapid local mucosal immunity against the two primary causative agents of Infectious Tracheobronchitis (Kennel Cough) in dogs. The intranasal route of administration stimulates immunity directly at the respiratory mucosa, offering fast-onset protection without the need for injection.

Composition (Per 0.4 ml Reconstituted Dose)

• Live Bordetella bronchiseptica strain B-C2: minimum 10^8.0 CFU
• Live Canine Parainfluenza Virus strain Cornell: minimum 10^3.0 TCID50

Indications

For the active immunization of dogs against Bordetella bronchiseptica and Canine Parainfluenza Virus (CPiV), to prevent Kennel Cough (Infectious Tracheobronchitis). Suitable for dogs in high-risk environments such as boarding kennels, shelters, dog shows, and multi-dog households.

Dosage & Administration

• Allow diluent to reach room temperature before use
• Aseptically reconstitute the freeze-dried vaccine with the supplied sterile diluent
• Draw 1 dose (0.4 ml) into a 1 ml disposable syringe
• Remove the needle and attach the applicator tip
• Administer 0.4 ml into one nostril only
• Use the reconstituted vaccine within 1 hour
• Route: Intranasal
