Zoetis Simparica is a fast-acting, monthly oral antiparasitic chewable tablet for dogs containing Sarolaner, an isoxazoline compound that kills adult fleas and multiple tick species. Simparica is indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations and the treatment and control of tick infestations in dogs 6 months of age or older and weighing at least 2.8 pounds (approximately 1.3kg).

Active Ingredient

• Sarolaner — isoxazoline antiparasitic; kills adult fleas and ticks by inhibiting GABA-gated and glutamate-gated chloride channels in the nervous system of parasites

• 40mg — for dogs 5–10kg (sold individually or as a box of 6)
• 80mg — for dogs 10–20kg (sold individually or as a box of 6)
