Vivaldis Condrovet Force HA Large Breed is a precision-formulated veterinary joint care dietary supplement tablet for large breed dogs, combining five clinically validated joint-supportive actives: Glucosamine HCl, Chondroitin Sulphate, Hyaluronic Acid Mobilee®, Native Type II Collagen b-2Cool®, and Vitamin E. This advanced joint supplement supports cartilage structure, synovial fluid viscosity, joint collagen integrity, and antioxidant protection in large breed dogs with osteoarthritis, hip and elbow dysplasia, degenerative joint disease, and age-related joint mobility decline. Composition (per tablet)

• Glucosamine HCl (purity >99%) — 950mg: Amino monosaccharide precursor; the rate-limiting substrate for the biosynthesis of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs — the carbohydrate chains of proteoglycans that form the structural matrix of articular cartilage); in osteoarthritic joints, chondrocyte (cartilage cell) synthetic capacity is impaired and endogenous glucosamine production is insufficient to maintain cartilage proteoglycan content; exogenous glucosamine supplementation provides the substrate for chondrocyte GAG synthesis, supporting cartilage extracellular matrix (ECM) replenishment; Glucosamine HCl is used at 99%+ purity to maximise glucosamine content per tablet and minimise impurities; additionally, Glucosamine has demonstrated mild anti-inflammatory properties via inhibition of NF-κB signalling, reducing chondrocyte production of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, TNF-α) and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) that degrade cartilage ECM in osteoarthritis
• Chondroitin Sulphate (purity 100%) — 700mg: Sulphated glycosaminoglycan (GAG); a major structural component of the aggrecan proteoglycan of articular cartilage; provides the osmotic swelling pressure and compressive load-bearing capacity of cartilage via its highly negatively charged sulphate groups, which attract and retain water within the cartilage ECM; Chondroitin Sulphate inhibits catabolic enzymes including aggrecanase (ADAMTS-4, ADAMTS-5) and matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-3, MMP-13) that degrade cartilage in osteoarthritis; inhibits IL-1β-mediated chondrocyte apoptosis; has demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties including inhibition of NF-κB and reduction of synovial fluid prostaglandin E2; the Glucosamine + Chondroitin combination has a synergistic effect on proteoglycan synthesis and cartilage ECM maintenance
• Hyaluronic Acid Mobilee® — 30mg: Mobilee is a patented high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (HA) concentrate derived from rooster comb; contains high-molecular-weight HA (approximately 1.8 MDa), proteoglycans, and polysaccharides; HA is the primary non-sulphated glycosaminoglycan of synovial fluid and the backbone of the aggrecan proteoglycan of cartilage; synovial fluid HA provides the viscoelastic properties of the joint (viscosupplement), acting as a lubricant during slow movements (viscous phase) and as a shock absorber during rapid impact loading (elastic phase); in osteoarthritic joints, HA molecular weight and concentration in synovial fluid is reduced, impairing joint lubrication and shock absorption; oral Mobilee HA supplementation has been demonstrated to stimulate synoviocyte HA synthesis and increase synovial fluid HA concentration and molecular weight; additionally stimulates chondrocyte proteoglycan synthesis via HA receptor (CD44) signalling
