• Support for Cartilage: BIOVAFLEX® eggshell membrane provides components such as collagen, glucosamine, and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) to support cartilage structure and repair. 

• Synovial Fluid & Lubrication: Hyaluronic acid in the joints helps maintain synovial fluid viscosity, reducing friction in the joint space. 

• Anti-inflammatory / Joint Comfort Support: By improving cartilage resilience and joint environment, Movoflex may help reduce joint discomfort and improve mobility (as claimed by the manufacturer). 

• No Loading Dose Needed: Because of its formulation, the manufacturers claim you see benefits without a high initial loading phase. 

Performance / Expected Results & Timeframe

• The manufacturer and product literature say that positive responses in joint mobility may be seen as early as 7 days in some dogs.

• However, as with all joint supplements, full benefit tends to accrue over longer periods (weeks to months), and individual response depends on severity of joint disease, age, weight, diet, concurrent therapies, etc.

Indications, Precautions & Use

• Indications: Dogs with mild to moderate joint discomfort, reduced mobility, or as a preventive / supportive adjunct in aging or large-breed dogs. 

• Contraindications / Precautions: Always check with a veterinarian before starting, especially in dogs with existing health conditions (e.g. kidney disease, liver disease, allergies).

• Not a Replacement for Therapy: It is a nutritional / supportive supplement; it is not a substitute for medical therapy (e.g. anti-inflammatory drugs, surgery) in severe joint disease.
