ZIFLUNAR is an oral soft-chew formulation of fluralaner, a systemic acaricide and insecticide of the isoxazoline class. A single palatable chew delivers immediate and sustained killing activity against the most clinically important fleas, ticks, and mites of dogs, with a duration of action that substantially reduces the dosing frequency associated with conventional monthly products.

Fluralaner acts after parasites attach and begin feeding, producing rapid onset of effect, control of flea-borne and tick-borne disease risk through fast kill, and a single-dose treatment option for sarcoptic mange, demodicosis, and otoacariasis. ZIFLUNAR can be administered to breeding, pregnant, and lactating bitches, and is active against fipronil-resistant flea strains.
