Oriheal Petorni Flox is a veterinary prescription combination tablet containing Ofloxacin 200mg (fluoroquinolone antibacterial), Ornidazole 500mg (antiprotozoal and anaerobic antibacterial), and Lactic Acid Bacillus 100 Million Spores (probiotic), manufactured by Oriheal Lifesciences. Petorni Flox is indicated for the treatment of mixed bacterial and protozoal infections of the gastrointestinal, respiratory, urinary, and genital tracts in dogs and cats, with Lactic Acid Bacillus restoring gut flora balance during antibiotic therapy.

Composition (per tablet)

• Ofloxacin — 200mg (fluoroquinolone — broad-spectrum antibacterial; inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV; active against gram-positive and gram-negative aerobes)
• Ornidazole — 500mg (nitroimidazole — antiprotozoal and anaerobic antibacterial; targets DNA of anaerobic bacteria and protozoa)
• Lactic Acid Bacillus — 100 Million Spores (probiotic — replenishes beneficial gut microflora; prevents antibiotic-associated diarrhoea and gut dysbiosis)
