Intas Neomec contains Ivermectin 10mg, a broad-spectrum macrocyclic lactone antiparasitic effective against a wide range of internal and external parasites in dogs. Ivermectin acts by binding to glutamate-gated chloride ion channels in invertebrate nerve and muscle cells, causing paralysis and death of the parasite.
