Guts-Up is typically recommended to help manage:

• Digestive upset after a food change
• Diarrhoea or loose stool
• Constipation
• Gas and bloating
• Poor digestion or nutrient absorption
• Gut imbalance during or after antibiotic therapy

The combination of digestive enzymes + probiotics + prebiotics is intended to support overall gastrointestinal health.

Key ingredients and what they do

• Fungal diastase, Amylase, Lipase, Protease, Cellulase — help break down carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and plant fibers for better digestion.
• Bromelain — enzyme derived from pineapple that may aid protein digestion and reduce inflammation.
