Intas Cefpet CLV is a broad-spectrum veterinary antibiotic tablet from Intas Pharmaceuticals, formulated with Cefpodoxime Proxetil 200mg and Potassium Clavulanate (equivalent to Clavulanic Acid 125mg). This combination effectively targets both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, with Clavulanic Acid overcoming beta-lactamase-mediated bacterial resistance to enhance the efficacy of Cefpodoxime across a wide range of infections in dogs and cats.

Composition (per tablet)

• Cefpodoxime Proxetil IP: 200mg (equivalent to Cefpodoxime)
• Potassium Clavulanate Diluted IP: equivalent to Clavulanic Acid 125mg
• Excipients: q.s.

Indications

• Skin and soft tissue infections in dogs and cats

Directions for Use

• Dosage: 5–10mg per kg body weight, once daily, or as directed by a veterinarian
• Administer orally; can be given with or without food as directed
• Complete the full prescribed course — do not discontinue early
