Corise Eyegel is a sterile ocular lubricant gel for veterinary use in dogs and cats. The listed formulation contains hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and electrolyte ingredients in a sterile aqueous base.

Composition

• Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose IP: 2% w/w
• Sodium chloride IP: 0.490% w/w
• Potassium chloride IP: 0.075% w/w
• Calcium chloride IP: 0.048% w/w
• Magnesium chloride IP: 0.030% w/w
• Sodium acetate IP: 0.390% w/w
• Sodium citrate IP: 0.170% w/w
• Sterile aqueous base IP: q.s.

Label-Described Uses

• Keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS), as artificial tears
• Dry-eye sensation
• Burning-eye sensation
• Red eye

Directions and Eye Safety

Use only according to the product label or a registered veterinarian's directions. The veterinarian should confirm the dose, frequency, duration, and suitability for the pet. Wash hands before use, do not touch the tube tip to the eye or another surface, and close the tube promptly after application. Do not share one tube between animals unless directed by a veterinarian.

• Do not use if the seal is broken, the product is expired, or the appearance has changed
• Tell the veterinarian about all other eye medicines, medicines, and supplements the pet receives
• Seek prompt veterinary assessment for marked pain, persistent squinting, eye injury, cloudiness, discharge, swelling, vision changes, or sudden redness
• Stop use and contact a veterinarian for worsening symptoms or an unexpected reaction
• Store exactly as directed on the label and keep out of reach of children and pets
