ORIHEAL PALADOX-LB TABLET

This veterinary tablet is primarily indicated for:

• Moderate to severe pain associated with gastrointestinal, pancreatic, or post‑surgery conditions

• Safe alternative to NSAIDs (non‑steroidal anti‑inflammatory drugs) in pets where NSAIDs are contraindicated In addition, because it contains Doxycycline, it may also be used to treat a range of bacterial infections, such as:

• Respiratory tract infections

• Urinary tract infections

• Tick-borne diseases (e.g. Lyme, ehrlichiosis, anaplasmosis)

• Periodontal disease, leptospirosis, Mycoplasma-related conditions, and more 

The probiotic (Lactic Acid Bacillus) supports gastrointestinal health and may help reduce antibiotics‑associated diarrhea during therapy.

🔄 Mechanism of Action

• Doxycycline, a tetracycline-class antibiotic, inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, making it effective against Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and some atypical organisms.

• It is bacteriostatic, meaning it halts bacterial growth rather than killing bacteria outright 

• Lactic Acid Bacillus replenishes beneficial gut flora, helping maintain digestive balance during antibiotic treatment.
