Corise Diarest‑O2 Suspension 60 mL (sometimes written "Diarest O2" or "Diarest‑02") is a veterinary antidiarrheal medicine designed for dogs and cats. It combines ofloxacin, metronidazole (or metronidazole benzoate), and simethicone to treat diarrhea, gastrointestinal infections, and gas-related discomfort in pets.

• Ofloxacin: A broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and anaerobic bacteria. It inhibits bacterial DNA replication.

• Metronidazole / Metronidazole Benzoate: An antiprotozoal and antibacterial agent targeting anaerobic bacteria and protozoa, especially useful in treating mixed diarrheal infections.

• Simethicone: An anti-foaming agent that reduces bloating, gas discomfort, belching, and pressure in the GI tract.
