• Bolfo Powder is an ectoparasiticide (i.e. for external parasites) used to control ticks, fleas, sucking and biting lice on dogs and cats. Paws & Tails+3

• It helps to remove existing parasites and helps prevent re-infestation. Paws & Tails+3

• In addition, it has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, which can help in preventing secondary skin infections. 

Composition & Strength

• Active ingredient: Propoxur 1% w/w (i.e. 10 mg per gram) 

• Form: Powder (dust form) Paws & Tails+3

Indications / Suitable For

• Dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (from about 4 weeks of age) 

• Use when there is infestation or risk of infestation by external parasites (ticks, fleas, lice) Paws & Tails+3

• Often used in hot/rainy seasons when parasite load increases. 

Application / Dosage / Instructions

• How to apply: Dust the powder over the animal’s body against the direction of hair growth, so it gets to the skin. 

• Gently massage or stroke fur to distribute the powder onto skin. 

• You may also dust the powder onto a brush and then comb through the coat. 

• Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mucous membranes. 

• In heavy infestations, the treatment may be repeated once or twice per week for extended period.

Precautions / Warnings / Contraindications

• Do not use on animals that have extensive skin wounds or open wounds. 

• Avoid use in sick or convalescent animals.

• Keep out of reach of children. 

• Do not store food, water, or feed in the same container or place as the powder.

• Do not dust into eyes, nose, or mouth. Use cautiously around delicate areas. 

• Store in a cool, dry place.
