Assurem Nufodoxime-CV Dry Syrup is a broad-spectrum, third-generation cephalosporin veterinary antibiotic formulation combining Cefpodoxime Proxetil with Clavulanic Acid. This synergistic combination delivers enhanced antibacterial activity by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis while overcoming β-lactamase–mediated resistance. It is specially designed for effective management of common bacterial infections in veterinary practice with excellent acceptance and ease of administration.

Composition (per 5 ml reconstituted suspension)

• Cefpodoxime Proxetil I.P.
  (equivalent to Cefpodoxime Anhydrous 50 mg)

• Potassium Clavulanate Diluted I.P.
  (equivalent to Clavulanic Acid 31.25 mg)

• Excipients q.s.

• Colour: Tartrazine

Assurem Nufodoxime-CV works through a dual-action mechanism:

Dosage & Directions for Use

Recommended dose:
5–10 mg/kg body weight, once daily or as directed by a veterinarian.

Treatment duration:

• Deep pyoderma: Minimum 17–21 days and 10–14 days post-clinical remission

• Superficial pyoderma: Minimum 12–15 days and 7–10 days post-clinical recovery

• RTI & UTI: 10–14 days
